I’m a Personal and Professional Pevelopment Coach and an Advanced Breathwork Practitioner, accredited by the International Breathwork Foundation, with over 20 years of experience in high-pressure corporate environments. Throughout my career, I’ve supported accomplished individuals in building resilience, confidence, and the mindset needed to succeed and thrive in all areas of their life.
But like so many of you, I’ve felt the relentless pace of life pull me away from my true self. Breathwork changed everything. It’s more than just a tool for calm—it’s a pathway to reconnect with your whole self, reclaim control over your emotions and mind, and strengthen the foundation of your personal sense of safety. My approach to breathwork goes beyond simple techniques; it’s about restoring an innate intelligence—our body’s natural capacity to adapt, balance, and thrive amidst life’s storms. Like a thermostat that intuitively adjusts to maintain optimal conditions, our breath is designed to regulate and stabilise us, bringing us back to equilibrium no matter how turbulent life becomes.
Unfortunately, for many of us, this natural system has been compromised. Modern lifestyles—characterised by chronic stress, sedentary habits, trauma, poor nutrition, and environmental toxins—have disrupted the way we breathe. Over time, these influences can lead to dysfunctional breathing patterns that leave us feeling ungrounded, depleted, and disconnected from ourselves.
Through my training with Dr Ela Manga from Breathwork Africa, I’ve gained a profound understanding of how breathwork can recalibrate this vital function, helping us rediscover our body’s natural rhythm and resilience.
